All customers should read all shop policies thoroughly before purchasing.
Payments are made through the checkout page and are processed through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use a debit or credit card for your purchase. This is still processed through PayPal, which is the most secure way to pay. Please note that in the case of an eCheck via PayPal, payments take an additional 3-5 days to clear which will add to your order’s processing time.
Currently, there is not an autodraft feature associated with the subscription box so you must purchase on a month-to-month basis.
All shipments are made via USPS. Denae Hula Designs LLC is not responsible for the loss or damage of item or package that occurs during shipping, after the order has been marked “complete.” It is the buyer’s responsibility to use the tracking information provided to track packages. If your package is marked delivered (US customers), but you have not received the package, please file a claim with USPS and contact me using my contact form within 5 days of the package being marked delivered on your tracking information. Please include your claim number in the message. You acknowledge that you have read this policy, and accept that Denae Hula Designs LLC cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of your order once it has been marked complete.
Refunds and Exchanges
Subscription boxes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, regardless of the option that you choose at checkout. If you are unsatisfied with your handmade piece that you receive, please email me within 7 days of your order being delivered.
