All customers should read all shop policies thoroughly before purchasing.
Payments are made through the checkout page and are processed through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use a debit or credit card for your purchase. This is still processed through PayPal, which is the most secure way to pay. Please note that in the case of an eCheck via PayPal, payments take an additional 3-5 days to clear which will add to your order’s processing time.
Payment must be received in full BEFORE any orders will be filled.
Sales tax will be applied to all orders.
The current processing time for orders is 1-2 weeks from the time of cleared payment.
All shipments are made via USPS regardless of the option you choose at checkout.
The economy option does not include insurance so YOU, the customer, assume full responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. Denae Hula Designs is not responsible for the loss or damage of item or package that occurs during shipping, after the order has been marked “complete.” By choosing this shipping option, you acknowledge that you have read this policy, and accept that Denae Hula Designs cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of your order once it has been marked complete.
Processing can be rushed for an additional fee. Shipping can also be upgraded for an additional fee. Please message me BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER for details if you require either of these services. Processing times begin when your payment is accepted or clears.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to use the tracking information provided to track packages. If your package is marked delivered (US customers), but you have not received the package, please file a claim with USPS and contact me using my contact form within 5 days of the package being marked delivered on your tracking information. Please include your claim number in the message. Denae Hula Designs LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during the shipping process.
If you are local, once you enter you shipping zip code, there will be an option for local pick-up. If you wish to pick-up your order from my home, select this option.
ALL orders with local pick-up selected MUST BE PICKED UP from my home; no exceptions. If you do not want to pick-up from my home, please choose a shipping option.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.Please be sure everything is spelled correctly BEFORE submitting your order.
If there is a mistake with your order on my part, or a defect with the piece, please contact me within 7 days of the delivery date to discuss options.
Denae Hula Designs LLC holds the right to photograph any custom pieces made to make into a permanent listing, use as a custom listing example, or use on any advertising promotions and social media accounts. If you would not like to have your custom piece photographed for possible use in listings or promotions you must request that in the notes to seller at checkout, or email me at email@example.com.
Denae Hula Designs LLC holds the right to refuse to make any custom piece of jewelry without reason.
